By accessing or using ResumAI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by the publisher of the ResumAI website and product ("we", "us").
ResumAI provides resume editing, ATS-oriented analysis, PDF text import (rule-based mapping by default), and related tools. Automated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You alone are responsible for reviewing all content before submitting it to employers or third parties.
You may need an account (e.g. email magic link). You must provide accurate information and keep your email access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid features may be processed by our payment provider (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). Fees, taxes, and refunds are subject to the provider's terms and applicable law. See also our Refunds and billing page. If entitlements do not appear after payment, contact support with your order reference.
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempt to overload or break systems, no scraping or reverse engineering beyond normal personal use, and no submission of others' personal data without lawful grounds and consent where required.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service. The Service software, branding, and UX remain ours or our licensors'.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interviews or employment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages, subject to non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, disputes are subject to the laws and courts of the operator's jurisdiction. Consumers retain statutory rights in their country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted. Material changes may be posted on this page or shown in-app.
