Payments for ResumAI are processed by our merchant of record (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). Card details and primary refund mechanics follow their terms and your card issuer, plus mandatory consumer laws in your country.

Digital products and credits

AI credits and digital access are usually delivered right after a successful charge. Cooling-off rules for digital goods vary by jurisdiction; local mandatory rights still apply.

Billing issues

If payment succeeded but your account did not update in good time, check receipt emails, then contact support with your order ID. Entitlements depend on successful payment confirmation and webhook processing.

Refund requests

Use the customer flow linked from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or your payment provider dispute process where applicable.
